From your portal, there are several ways to book another appointment with one of your professionals. Here they are:

From the Home tab:

1. Through this tab, you can view the professionals with whom you have already booked an appointment.

2. Click on the calendar icon in the corner of the professional's profile to book an appointment:


From the Professionals tab :

1. Click on the Professionals tab

2. Find the professional you wish to consult again and select the availability that works best for you to book your next appointment:


At any time, regardless of the tab you are in:

You can book another appointment with your professional using the Book an Appointment button in the top right corner:

This will redirect you to the Professionals tab and allow you to select the service and availability that suits you :

Why can't I see all the professionals I have consulted through GOrendezvous before?

If a professional you have consulted through GOrendezvous before does not appear in your professionals list, or if all the appointments you have booked through GOrendezvous do not appear in your client portal, it is because they are linked to another client profile that does not use the same identification information as the one you are currently connected to.
(Note that this may include a different email address and potentially a variation in the spelling of the first name and/or last name.)

To address this, you will need to add your second email in order to consolidate all your appointments within the same portal. You can find the steps to follow in this help article.
