To view your appointments my appointment or class history follow the steps bellow :

1. Click on the Appointments tab (calendar icon)

2. If needed, click on Appointments to open the section

3. Select the type of appointments you wish to view (Active, Canceled, Upcoming, or Past):


Four types of appointments can be listed:

Active - Upcoming: Future appointments that have already been booked

1. Click on Details to view the professional's profession, address, and phone number

2. Click on the Pencil icon to modify the appointment (if your professional allows clients to do so)

3. Click on the Cancel Appointment button, if needed (if your professional allows clients to do so)


Active - Past: Past appointments

1. Click on the Give a Rating button if you want to rate a past appointment. A pop-up window will open, allowing you to leave your feedback about the appointment in question

2. If you have already left a rating for an appointment and wish to modify it, click on the stars. A pop-up window will open, allowing you to proceed by selecting the number of stars you want to give to your professional again


Please note: A rating can be modified within 30 days of the initial rating.


Canceled - Upcoming: Future appointments that have been canceled

Canceled - Past: Previous appointments that have been canceled

The word Canceled will be visible in the bottom-right corner of any canceled appointment, whether past or upcoming:


Why can't I see all my past / upcoming appointments?


A client profile is created under your name in the GOrendezvous account of each professional you consult. This profile contains your contact information, including your email address, which is required to access your portal.

If the email address associated with your client profile with one professional (A) differs from the one you used to book an appointment with another professional (B), the appointments and information from professional (B) will not be visible in your client portal if you access it using the email associated with professional (A).
