To view an insurance receipt, follow the steps bellow :
1. Click on the Biling tab (invoive icon)
2. Click on Insurance Receipts to open this section
3. Identify who each insurance receipt pertains to (you or a family member if linked to your customer profile) via the displayed initials of the first and last name.
4. Click on Download to obtain a copy of the insurance receipt.

5. Click on the download or printer icon, depending on your needs.
Please note : If no insurance receipt is available for an appointment, it means your professional has not sent it to you by email in advance.
For security and confidentiality reasons, the GOrendezvous team is not authorized to send you your insurance receipts. You will need to request them directly from your professional by contacting them.

To view an invoice, follow the steps below :
1. Click on the Biling tab (invoice icon)
2. Click on Invoices to open this section
3. Filter the invoices based on whether you want to view all invoices (All), or only the unpaid invoices (Unpaid) or those already paid (Paid)
4. Identify who each insurance receipt pertains to (you or a family member if linked to your customer profile) via the displayed initials of the first and last name.
5. Click on Open to preview a simplified version of the invoice.
6. Click on Download the invoice to get a copy.

7. Click on the download or printer icon, depending on your needs.
